Web Portal Usage Policy

This Web Portal Usage Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Usage Policy”) establishes the general terms and conditions governing the use of the web platform and services provided by the National Institute of Public Health (hereinafter referred to as “INSP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

The following are prohibited:

3.4 Trademarks

The INSP name and logo may not be used without prior written consent.

4. User Obligations

4.1 Permitted Conduct

Users must comply with applicable law, respect third-party rights, and adhere to proper online conduct.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited:

  • unlawful use of the portal;
  • posting offensive or illegal content;
  • spamming;
  • harassment;
  • collecting data without consent;
  • breaching security measures.
 

4.3 User-Generated Content

Users retain rights over content they upload but grant INSP a license to use such content as necessary for the operation of the services.

INSP does not guarantee:

  • Use of the portal is at the user’s own risk;
